The building of the Folk Art Museum in Constanta dates back to 1893 and is an architectural monument. Initially it was the town hall, then a post office. The museum was established in the 1960s. The folk art exhibition includes all genres of popular art classified by ethnographic areas. Collections from all regions of the country include: ceramics, religious paintings, traditional clothing, rugs, fabrics, textiles and diverse household items.
